Two channel stand-alone module for sensitive micro-fluorometric measurement. Small and energy saver with LED excitation and diode detection.
A palm size device capable of synchronous measurement of two different fluorophores. FluoroPlot is optimised for FAM/SYBR Green and Texas Red on Channel I and II, respectively. The opto-electric system is optimized to an ultra-high level of sensitivity for low-level fluorescence detection from miniature qPCR setups.
Executable interface compatible with PC, and as an OEM part over RS485.
